Hi, I'm Susie, a 44-year-old mom of two who's passionate about helping women achieve their health and wellness goals. My own fitness journey began when I was 35, and it's been a transformative experience that's not only changed my body, but also helped me discover my purpose. I am now 44, about be 45 and I feel and look better than I did in my 20’s!

As someone who's walked the path of self-discovery and transformation, I understand the challenges of navigating healthy eating and exercise in a busy life. That's why my coaching program focuses on practical, sustainable solutions that fit your lifestyle. Together, we'll work on creating a personalized approach to healthy eating, making little tweaks to your daily habits that add up to big changes.

We'll also develop a workout routine that you'll love and stick to, even on the busiest of days. My goal is to empower you with the knowledge, tools, and support you need to make healthy living a sustainable, enjoyable part of your life.
