Stretch and Flow classes

Private and Group classes available

Susie combined years of fitness instructing and yoga teaching to create her own practice called “Stretch and Flow.” It’s not yoga as we don’t practice the origins and my classes are primarily faith based, although very inclusive and open to all! Susie’s stretch classes focus on alignment, breathwork, and opening the body to avoid injuries and relieve stress both physically, and mentally.

“My classes focus on relaxation and slowing down in order to lower cortisol and allow the body to be at peace. We can’t lose weight, or thrive in life when we are constantly stressed. My group classes and private sessions all have the main focus of inviting God into your space, your practice, and your heart. I love power flows, balancing postures, and headstands; but I also love nurturing clients through gentle stretching and breathing. Whatever your body is craving, I have a recipe for it. “ - Susie

My schedule is constantly changing and evolving, so please reach out if you are interested. I also offer private stretch classes which are very relaxing, very hands on, and therapeutic.

Private Stretch Classes are my absolute favorite. The class is designed to your specific needs. I use blocks, straps, and hands on adjustments to release your body of built of stress and tension.

I work with many large groups on private classes, as well. Virtually and in person with companies big an small. I work with families, and groups of friends for special events. Please reach out if you are interested in group rates.
