5 Step Manifesting Morning Routine…
THIS routine will lead you to inspired action to take you closer to your goals…
As Promised this is your new morning routine that will help you reach your goals, whether they are fitness and health related, job related, or anything you can possibly dream up. This routine will light up your day and help you manifest everything you are wanting in your life. It all starts here…
What you’ll need:
1. A NEW notebook. { Something new and really pretty}
2. A new or favorite pen. Something that writes really nicely, that you only use for the exercise.
3. Your favorite Mug.
4. A Candle or diffuser of your favorite scent.
5. A comfy blanket (unless you live in the south and it’s 1000 degrees outside)
It’s Time to Plan out what your new morning routine will look like. I will give you steps below to include in this routine, but this is your time, so you need to make it yours!!!
Step one: Set your alarm. This sounds simple enough. Whatever time you are currently waking up, I want you to set your alarm for ( at least ) 30 mins prior, I prefer 45. Trust me, it’s worth it. When that alarm goes off, you are NOT going to hit snooze. It’s just not an option. Make yourself get up. YOU ARE WORTH WAKING UP FOR. The next four steps are going to tell you what you are going to do with that time. If you have young kids, or a 9-5 job, having this time in the morning will be a game changer and will make you more productive at work, and a happier mom for your kids. If you are self employed and work from home, you need this just as much. Setting boundaries for your work is the #1 step to productivity!
Step two: Brew & Stretch. Wake up and brew your favorite coffee or Tea. Have your favorite mug out on the counter the night before so it’s ready for you. While your coffee or tea is brewing I want you to lay out a yoga mat or a soft towel and do 5 mins of sun salutations or stretching. If you have never done yoga, that’s ok. Sit down on your mat or towel, and breath for 5 mins. You can be stretching or just sitting but I want you to start your day with conscious breathing. Take a deep breath and count to FOUR, hold it for SEVEN seconds, and then exhale for EIGHT seconds.
Step three: Grab your notebook, light your candle, and sip on your coffee. This is when the fun work begins. Pick your favorite place to sit and get really cozy. I want you to engage all of your senses right now. I want you to feel that warm and fuzzy feeling all through you, I want you to smell the candle, feel the softness of the blanket, and see the words you are about to write.
Step four: Appreciation and gratitude. It’s time to focus on what lights you up. What do you already have in your life that makes you smile so big when you think about it. I don’t want you to just list off the obvious stuff. I want you to really think about it. I want you to make a list of 5 things you are most grateful for TODAY. If you write “family”, I want you to think about a specific memory that really ignites your joy. I want it to be something that when you think about it, you can’t help but smile. I want you to repeat this four more times. You can have different topics, or stick to one topic with 5 memories. The key is for these to change every day in order to keep them fresh so they can really activate your highest vibrations! It’s all about that feeling. It’s not enough to write it down, you need to feel it. Write it, sit with it, close your eyes and see it.
Step Five: Excitement for what lies ahead, and what you want to HAVE,BE, AND DO. This is the time to create. The time to visualize looking in the mirror and seeing the beautiful body you want looking back at you. This is the time to see yourself wearing your favorite outfit and feeling beautiful and strong. This is the time to visualize yourself on that vacation you have been wanting to go on, or your dream job. It doesn’t have to be a physical want either. It can be that you just want to be happy. So you visualize yourself laughing and doing something that brings you joy. I want you to write down whatever it is, and tell me every little detail. What does it look like. What do you feel like? What do you see, feel, taste, touch, and see? I want you to get excited about it!!!!!! This is going to ignite the feeling of anticipation and excitement. This is going to raise your vibration. THIS is how you are going to get the inspired action to take you closer to your goals.
