Custom Coaching Call

A one hour coaching call is available to all clients, whether we have worked together or this is our first session. Some use this if they feel like they just need to make a few tweaks to their diet, and others use this as a follow up every now and then after they complete a 4, 8, or 12 week program with me. We will discuss what you are currently doing, and small adjustments to improve it. We can also discuss your current fitness routine and make adjustments there, as well. In addition to this, I have clients that choose to use this time to learn better alternatives to feed their kids, and family members. We can discuss healthy snack ideas, recipes, and ways to start eliminating processed food, snacks, and sugar from your pantry. This will make it easier for you to stay on track without being tempted, while also teaching your kids how to make smart choices!

One month Meal Plan

This plan includes a weekly coaching call and weekly meal plan. I am here to assist you every step of the way as your cheerleader and your coach. We will make this plan fit your lifestyle, so it really works and you can stick to it! With a plan set, and satisfying and delicious food in your plan, there is no way you won’t achieve your goals!

3 month Meal Plan

This is an extension of the one month plan. If you commit to 3 months upfront you save 5%. Payments are due at the beginning of each 4 week cycle. If you are ready for lasting changes and want this to become your way of life, then we need it to become your normal, and that takes time. I will be here for you every step of the way, and when we finish this program you will no longer need a coach, or diet plan, or to count your calories. You will intuitively know how to fuel your body, and look your best!!!$300

Custom Macro Plan

If you are the type of person that knows food, knows her body, and just needs a little assistance figuring out how much of what your body needs, then this is for you. I will calculate your unique macros for you based on your body type, goals, and activity level. I will tell you how much carbs, protein, and fat to aim for daily, and it will be up to you to layout your meals. Some clients choose to do a one hour coaching call + Macro layout. They love meal planning and want the flexibility of choosing what and when they eat.
