The Blog is HERE to stay
Hello friends.
Whew… this blog has been a long time coming. I’ve wanted to do this for years. I’d start… then stop. Then start again… then stop again. Finally I threw my hands up and kept all my writing on Instagram and Facebook.
But a few months ago I started a newsletter, and oh my gosh — I love it. It’s become my little corner to pour into you… to send encouragement, share the things I’m loving, and give actual, helpful guidance you can use in real life. And it made me realize something:
A lot of you aren’t seeing those emails… and even more of you are searching online for clarity, support, or a real human you can trust with your health.
So here I am again — and this time, the blog is here to stay. 💛
Yes, this is a nutrition + wellness website. Yes, I’m a health coach who specializes in helping women in their 40s and 50s reduce inflammation, shed stubborn weight, boost energy, and age backwards. That will always be the core of what I teach.
But the blog?
The blog is where we cut through the noise.
Because if you’ve been on social media lately… whew. Everyone is suddenly a “health expert,” and the advice is all over the place. No wonder women feel confused, overwhelmed, and like their bodies are betraying them.
This space is my answer to that.
A place for real, evidence-based, practical advice you can trust — from someone who’s walked through the exhaustion, the inflammation, the puffiness, the hormone chaos, all of it.
